- How long will the playdough last?
If played with regularly, stored in a sealed container, and used with clean hands and surfaces, this playdough will easily last 6-12 months.
- What is the texture of your playdough like?
Super soft and delightfully squishy! It will not leave grease stains on your surfaces and holds its shape well. Not too sticky - not too dry. It does not get sticky as it ages, and it will not get crumbly during its lifespan if stored properly. It's just perfect, in our opinion.
- Is it dangerous for my child to eat the playdough?
Due to the high salt content, this is not a food product and should not be consumed. However, all the ingredients are food grade and will not harm your child if tasted.
- What are the ingredients in your playdough?
We use wheat flour, corn flour, coconut oil, salt, cream of tartar, and a blend of both bakery grade food flavourings and colours, and essential oils. This playdough is not gluten friendly. All ingredients are food grade.
- Are your figurings dollar store quality?
An emphatic NO! We source a variety of figurines from trusted suppliers, including Safari LTD and Wild Republic. Our toys are realistic and of high quality, promoting true and accurate representation of real-life animals. These aren't just toys—they are learning tools in the hands of your child!
- How will sensory play benefit my child?

- Does your dough contain allergens?
Our dough contains wheat and is not produced in a nut-free facility. If you have specific allergy concerns, please contact us and will do our best to help you find out if our playdough is a safe fit for your child.
- Do you carry gluten-free playdough?
Not currently.
- How quickly is my order processed?
We will have your order on your way to you within 3-5 business days. If unforseen events come up that will delay this, we will contact you. If you have an urgent shipping need, please contact us before placing your order! Please see our full shipping policies here.
- How is my order shipped?
We price quote between Canada Post and UPS and go with the most economical. If you have a preference, you may list it in the customer notes, but you may be responsible for extra shipping charges if the difference is extreme. We automatically use Canada Post for P.O. boxes and rural routes. Please see our full shipping policies here.
- Can I track my order?
YES! When your order is shipped, you will be automatically e-mailed a tracking number. Please see our full shipping policies here.
- What is your return policy?
We only returns on a defective product, shipping damages, or our error, or if the item is in perfectly new, unused condition. Please contact us if you have any concerns, and our customer care team will be happy to speak with you about your order. Please have your account number and Order ID ready.
